Chinese Canned Mushroom, which also named Canned Champignon Mushroom. Which main production area in the South of China - Fujian Province. The type of mushroom normally include Sliced, Whole and P&S (Pieces and Stems). Small Whole mushroom also called Button Mushroom, which only can provided in the new season. Our products used fresh mushroom and brined mushroom two type material. Fresh one should be during the crop (November - April), the Brined one, we use it during others period.
